The location of the property is great, right in the hustle & bustle off china town, lots of restaurants close by to choose from, across the road are the chew jetties and the main strip is approx 5/10 walk. The rooms are modern & spacious, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee refills. The hotel staff were so so lovely, they really do go above and beyond for you. We accidentally left our fire stick remote in our room during our stay and they were nice enough to post it to us! If I was to return to George town, I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice escape from the busy hustling bustling town.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. Quaint old building, nicely updated. The AC was not up to par the first day and when we mentioned it, the manager got someone right in to service it. Friendly helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom is super clean too. I love the bed the most because it’s too comfortable that you just want to stay there for long time.

It has 3 stars, but I consider it even better than 5 stars hotel. We had a room with a seaview, if not plans for the day I could stay there all day long and stare at the window. The beds are soft as marshmallows and the bed cloth is purely white and feels silky to skin. The shower has a strong water pressure and hot water as expected. The swimming pool upstairs is beautiful and spacious. The dining room was chill and had a spectacular view of the sea.

It was spotlessly clean - lovely towels and bedding. The view was amazing - we were on the 31st floor with a large balcony. The air-con was super efficient. The infinity pool was beautiful - a large covered seating area, sun beds and the water very clean and refreshing. Pool towels were provided. The lifts were punctual and rapid. There was a handy small food store by the residences that served lovely coffees. All the staff were lovely - reception, cleaning and security. Our lights went out one night and an engineer was with us within minutes to sort. We felt very welcome and safe.
