Everything was beautiful, very helpful, polite staff, wonderful rooms, excellent location. I am looking forward to my next travel to Rabat to stay there. I had a lovely experience at the hotel. Great location, quiet, calm and peaceful. New build hotel so everything is new, updated and facilitated to a good standard. The staff are exceptionally great. The gentleman at the reception called Anas was very welcoming and helpful. He printed out my boarding pass, arranged my transfer to the airport, directed me to money exchange and ordered food for me and delivered it to my room late at night. It is truly a 7 star service received. Special thanks to Anas for making my stay comfortable and stress free. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will always stay here when I come to Rabat.
