Rustic hotel with romantic atmosphere in a renovated house dating from 1683. Each of our 8 rooms, with shower, toilet and tv, match traditional stone construction with modern comforts. Excellent stay. Small but comfortable rooms. Welcoming staff and a great restaurant on-site. They are also accommodating of motorbike parking. It also sits close to city centre.

Hotel Victor Hugo is situated in the heart of the small town Vianden. There is a sunny terrace along the Our River, a wellness area and a playground for kids. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Nice hotel in a really beautiful location. Really centrally located in town and a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Great spot to start some hikes from as well. You can get some breakfast here as well (not included in the price of the room) which was really nice. Buffet style with enough options.

Rooms were good, breakfast was great and the bread was exceptional! They accommodated our bikes, including an outlet to charge an ebike. We booked rooms with "shared bathroom" but it was shared for 3 rooms only, with separate shower room from toilet. The bathrooms were spotless clean and modern. The restaurant on site was also very good - which is good as there isn't anything else in close distance.

Good starting point for cycling the Vennbahn. 10 minutes from the start at railwaystation Troisvierges. Restaurant and Irish Pub style bar. Good food, not the cheapest but still value for money.
