The location is superb, maybe 1 minute away from the beach and all its restaurants. The best thing was the large and clean swimming pool, which was fantastic for our kids and the garden with the pool is just gorgeous. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating. There is a lagoon in the back of the property and they have kayaks you can rent free of charge which was a nice experience. The room was large, with a small kitchen area and comfy bed with a mosquito net. No AC, just a fan.

Arranged two safaris on short notice, one short lake trip and a tour of Yala sanctuary, and packed a sandwich for our daughter to take with. Overall the best experience in Sri Lanka.

The location is very quiet, within walking distance of the smaller lake and a 5-minute drive to Tissa lake. It is a good base to explore the area. I also booked 2 safari's with them. Everything was well-organised, from start to finish.

The best part was the hospitality and the kindness from the hosts. Nadin and Asha are just wonderful! They prepared delicious food for us, gave us so many useful tips about our trip and even made us a Christmas surprise!!! Just amazing!
