From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The two people at the front desk – a guy and a girl – were exceptionally kind, positive, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference. One of our friend from a group had a stomach ache from before, and they not only made us tea but also checked in on us to make sure we were okay. They truly cared, and that meant so much when you are 8000 km from your home! The rooms were great, the location was perfect, and everything worked flawlessly. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you, Viveka Hotel staff, for making my stay so special!
