He is incredibly informative, friendly, caring, and helpful — always ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful city view. The breakfast was excellent, and considering the price I paid, everything far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site, just a 5-minute walk from both the Night Market and Morning Market, making it very easy to explore the best of Luang Prabang. A big thank you to Mr. Phan for making my vacation so smooth and enjoyable. Please extend my sincere appreciation to the rest of your team as well. I will definitely be back — and next time, I’ll stay even longer!

The location is lovely, there is a very nice balcony on which you can sit in the hot afternoons and have a few beers overlooking the river. The room is very clean and has good air-conditioning and a big sized comfortable bed. Breakfast is pretty good, you get some fresh fruits as well. Robert was really helpful and friendly and helped us plan all our transport with zero stress. Very friendly people here. Loved our stay!

Great WiFi and good breakfast. Breakfast will be served in front of your room in veranda! You can choose eggs and coffee or juice will be served. Fruits are served as well.
