The Russian market is close and the street bazaars.

From people who clean rooms to restaurant crew to receptionists. One of the managers, Ms. Morokot, spend a long time explaining to me what I should do and see in Phnom Penh. She also gave me a good primer on visiting Angkor Wat. Thank you, everybody at White Corner!

I liked the chill vibe of the place with a very lovely and helpful staff and I mean all of them, the bar team: Linda, Jury, Chamba and Sam that were lovely to interact with. But also Tola, thanks for the talk about your culture and music 🙏. And finally the reception team that took the pain to call Pauli (the TukTuk driver) to signal that I forgot my phone. The guests were respectful. Highly recommend if you are NOT looking for a drinking and irresponsible party hostel .

The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!
