Of course the staff don’t speak fluent English - why should we expect them to? The room, onsens, service were all of a high level. They know what they are doing!!

Super clean, simple and comfortable room plenty big for one. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet for the price. 5 minutes from the station, and conbini and supermarket nearby. A couple restaurants in the same complex as well as a great crepe shop, a huge farmers market, and space to hang out outside. Only about 20 minutes to Morioka, but the train is every 30 min or so.
