Terletak di Fujikawaguchiko, kurang dari 1 km dari Tasik Kawaguchi, HOSTEL MICHIKUSA-YA menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma dan lounge berkongsi. Place is very clean, owner speaks English and is very helpful and considerate. The dormitory has 12 people capacity but it is not fully used on purpose, in order to keep the place comfortable for all guests. The Mt Fuji view from the shared space/garden is spectacular in the morning, on a clear day (see my pic). Hostel is located in a quite neighborhood a bit out of the tourist attractions, 15-20 minutes walk from the bridge. I stayed there for two nights and rented a bike for 2 days so I can ride back to the hostel. Would definitely stay again.

A homely hotel. A place that gives me a homely feel. Note: I stayed at the largest room with a balcony at the highest floor. So, my comment may be different from those who stay in smaller rooms at lower floors.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Everything! The staff were very helpful and nice, loved the atmosphere and waking up to the mt Fuji was the best part!

Super friendly host and great food for dinner and breakfast. If we will have a possibility, we will come back once more on our trip back to Tokyo.

One of the best stay in our Japan trip. We loved the onsen, we love the facilities in the hotel. We love the location.
