Hotel Duomo terletak hanya 15 langkah menaiki tangga batu dari Katedral Gothic yang tersergam megah di Orvieto. The accommodation was in the perfect area to visit all the tourist attractions as well as the benefit of returning to your room for a quick relax. The room had a view of the duomo and the church bell that rang on the hour. The staff were very reliable and helpful and always welcoming whenever you approached them.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Location was great and breakfast was good.

There is a lovely swimming pool but I didn't get a chance to to test it due to lack of time (and probably a little cool the weather at this time!) The hotel is located high up above the lovely Fonti del Clitumno, right in the midst of nature with beautiful views and peace! It is also close to Spoleto and Trevi, two lovely hilltop towns worth visiting! The hotel welcomes you with open arms, at whatever time you arrive! Alessandro and his mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them!
