Situated above its own terraced gardens, The Glenburn Hotel is a Victorian sandstone building which offers panoramic views across Rothesay Bay to the Cowal Peninsula. The staff were excellent. The view was amazing. The food was good.

With stunning views of Rothesay Bay and the Cowal Hills, The Ardyne Guest House is just 2 minutes’ drive from the town’s ferry terminal. The location, the clean, large room, the views, our host Jane, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
