Tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room were a real treat, plus she had water bottles for us on our way out the door. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with farm fresh duck eggs as a bonus! Our stay with Ann was just exactly what we needed to get over our jet lag!

We weren't able to take our own slippers so the host provided ones to us free of charge, which were really lovely too. We also had complimentary bakes from them even though it wasn't needed. Throughout the whole stay the lady was just really wonderful, we would definitely visit. The scenery was just great, the location is perfect !

Located 1.5 miles from the town of St Andrews, Scooniehill Farmhouse is a farmhouse with a large garden, offering panoramic views of the Scottish countryside. Sam and Mike are very friendly and would do everything to make your stay comfortable even when small difficulties arise. Their flexibility is very helpful and relaxing.

Has everything you need for a couple of nights escaping the big city. Has shops and a pub within walking distance however I would take walking boots for the pub walk as the public footpath can get muddy.
