The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!

The boutique Hotel Nou Romà sits below the castle in Denia, just 10 minutes' walk from the sea. The decoration is unique, and the hotel has free Wi-Fi. The lady with French, Dutch/Flemish background (sorry forgot her name) at the front desk made us feel really welcome to the hotel. She escorted us to our room and got us a reservation in the restaurant before they closed for lunch, wow, amazing ! The Hotel is very chic and rustic at the same time. Location to the Castle we walked to after dinner with entry $2 EUR per person was fabulous. The room had a small terrace and the room and bathroom had plenty of space. The breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. The restaurant we had Lobster Paella with Sangria and Lemon Meringue and a Torres Brandy with coffee, they even heated the snifter for me, classy.

Facing onto Levante Beach in a quiet part of Benidorm, all of the rooms in Hotel Nadal have balconies with stunning sea views. There is a pool and sun terrace. Amazing views from the room, quiet hotel at the end of the promenade by the seaside, tasty breakfast with good fresh options, very friendly staff, clean room that was spacious enough for 3 people.
