What impressed me most was that this wasn't just one or two people, every receptionist and staff member carried the same spirit. It's clear that this level of hospitality is not only part of Egyptian culture but also deeply rooted in the hotel's own culture. A special thank you to Basma, Elham, Eslam, and Abdelrahman , who each made our stay exceptional with their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, furnished with quality pieces, and very comfortable. One situation stood out to me in particular: I made a mistake with an extra payment without realizing it. The staff took the time to carefully explain the situation to me and, even though I hadn't expected any refund, they insisted on clarifying everything and returning the money. That honesty and dedication speaks volumes about how the hotel is managed and the kind of experience you can expect here. I highly recommend this hotel

My room was an absolute gem: spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the room reflected meticulous attention to cleanliness. The rooftop offered a breathtaking view that gave me moments of absolute peace. The breakfast deserves a special mention: a feast of flavors and freshness, with a selection of items to please every palate. From freshly baked cakes to the ripest fruits, every detail was lovingly curated. The hotel’s location is perfect: close to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to ensure tranquility and relaxation. In conclusion, my stay exceeded all expectations. A very special thanks goes to Amal – she was so kind, professional, and truly humane. Her attitude and personality left a wonderful impression and made my stay unforgettable. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Perfect location with a nice roof where you can see the pyramids. The staff group is extremely nice. Such a great warm welcome in Cairo. The food is also very nice. The room is clean and tidy. Totally recommended
