Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Our entire group was very pleased with our stay, and would certainly book again if we return to Quito. The staff were exceptionally helpful, from arranging car transportation to recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was some of the best we have ever had and all our rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is in short walking distance to everything we visited in the historic center. We also loved that the hotel had a nice Ecuadorian feel to it...far above a standard place!

Service was impeccable and breakfast was buffet style, small but very good, and different options. I've to say that the shower was the best shower with hot water and pressure we had and the soap is awesome too!

The damn hot water bottle!!! <3 If you're doubting, definitely stay here. The breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable but the customer service was exceptional! This is the place to go. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. I have ocd so it was definitely clean and they were so nice when I asked about directions.

It is impeccably clean, quality linen and furnishings. Love the artwork on the walls, so unique. Loft sleeping for the kids was a treat. This well exceeded our expectations for the price. Lovely, attentive staff. Great breakfast. Location a short stroll to main square. 100 percent recommend.

Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.
