They spent an incredibly huge amount of time every day to help us with all our requests and bad preparation ;-) The tour they organised was excellent and cheap (never book online, always directly!) and they easily got us ferry tickets. All of that on very short notice (for the next day). The hotel is like 5 min from the center of the city and clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure okay. The main benefit of booking this hotel is clearly the two owners. They are so nice and caring, I just can't find the words to describe how that felt...

You can play billiards and table tennis at the 3-star hotel. The design of the room and the balcony above the trees. Privacy was exceptional. Tennis table in the lobby was available all the time. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is close to both the beach and the "downtown" area where there are restaurants and convenience stores. We live on the East Coast, but visit Galapagos every year and this will be our new go-to place on Isabela Island. This is a bit random, but we left on the 6AM ferry having extended our trip as much as possible, and the hotel's "boxed snack" (in lieu of breakfast) was lovingly packed and fed us the entire day. Such a wonderful surprise. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
