Well appointed room with comfortable bed. Safe storage for our bicycles. Excellent breakfast. Friendly landlady who took very good care of us.

This family-run hotel is situated in Skagen’s historic district, Østerby, 350 metres from the harbour. A public beach is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. Painted in the typical yellow of Skagen, the hotel is located a little outside the main town with parking areas. Very easy to walk to town from the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, and a room upgrade. Room 2 is at the front of the hotel, with a small balcony and looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable, the styling coastal and Scandi. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, lots of quality fresh choices, plenty of hot tea and coffee. We stayed two nights, and felt more like we were staying with family, than a hotel. We especially loved having our breakfast in the sunny dining room that still features original paintings.

This family-run hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from Frederikshavn Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Facilities include a charming wine bar and a rose garden with terrace. This is a family-run small hotel which was comfortable and has a great personality. The superior room was a good size and has all the things you need including a kettle. Breakfast is in an attractive room and had good options. Staff were great. I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t take advantage of the wine bar but it looks cosy and welcoming.

We arrived in the middle of the night and completely exhausted, but the guy at the reception was really nice, extremely helpful and even funny at that hour - big thank you! Our room was perfectly equipped, even it wasn't spacious there was everything we needed: coat hangers, desk, places to put our stuff etc. The beds were comfy and everything seemed clean.

Situated 200 metres from Tannis Bay and a North Sea bathing beach, this hotel dates back to the late 1890s and consist of 5 buildings. Close to the beach, good location to visit Skagen, Grenen, Rabjerg Mile, etc. Very calm, nice small town. Well equipped room, there is everything you need. We enjoyed swimming pool, sauna. Very helpful personnel.
