Hotel Pošta is set within the Czech Paradise Tourist Region, on the town square of Sobotka, 500 metres from the Humprecht Castle. We had no trouble to find it, tired and hot after a long hike, we refreshed in the pub's garden. Amazing! We booked a table for the evening and had a simple meal, tasty pizza, with nice wine. Service for very attentive. The room was great, with 2 large roof windows, comfy beds and a hot shower.

It's in a beautiful location, surrounded by woods, rolling hills and pastures. The property itself is large and beautifully laid out with a play area, table tennis, a basketball hoop, a badminton court and a small football field. Next to reception is a little room with a refrigerator full of beer, a washing machine, and a small oven. The hosts -- Natalya and Pavel -- were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully crafted with high-quality woods and tile. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. There is no AC and it was very warm when we arrived, but the rooms have excellent ventilation and good shades so we were always comfortable. We loved the area and took some beautiful hikes, kayaked on the river, and enjoyed exploring the Medieval castles and drinking the local beer. We will be back!

I'm addition the host was really nice, she even though they didn't speak any English made an effort to communicate with Google translate. There were also very cool toys for children, like swings and a trampoline.
