He went above and beyond to make my stay as nice as possible. asking him about wanting to visit the Jade mountain the next morning, he instantly arranged all for me, he set up a WeChat group for helping me conmunicate with the driver, it was a great help that let my trip went smoothly. THANK YOU for all!!! I hope we can return one day!!!

The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

Even though the stuff cannt speak English they are equipped with translation devices. The room was very nice. Additionally it is very close to Dali old town and to the cable cars for hiking. It is not directly in downtown and that is why it is relatively calm there. Additionally we were able to wash our clothes here

TIBET Guest house 虎跳峡卓玛客栈 mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Shangri-La. Menyediakan bar, tempat penginapan ini terletak dalam 8.2km dari Gaung Harimau Melompat. The Location and the property are amazing. Great Views and pretty balconies to enjoy them. The Staff are amazing, speak good English and helped us out a lot, booking return trips to Lijiang (for a fourth of the price we had to pay to get there) and were generally super accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommended, will most likely come back ourselves!

The staff were very accommodating, and the girl working there was especially helpful. Even though her English isn’t perfect, she’s always available on WeChat and answers any questions quickly. They provide unlimited water and even a couple of free coffees from their specialty cafe during the stay, which is a nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also very good. Overall, I would highly recommend this place 100%!

The host is very welcoming and so so so helpful,speaking great English. The accommodation is in a great location, in the centre of the old Town. The room is large and has an amazing view of old town.We had a great time.

Great location in the old town, right next to the night market. The staff was so kind and friendly as well!
