All the staff were very helpful and I'd like to thank Adriana who went out of her way to find me a suitable adaptor. Housekeeping staff were very kind as were the front desk staff who helped me with everything I needed. The hotel is convenienty located, my room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Andes and I was very sorry to leave.

New, modern, very comfortable hotel with a great breakfast. Very close for walking to city centre. Staff all spoke English and very friendly and accommodating. I've already booked again for when I return from Easter Island.

The gardens and courtyard were nice as was the neighborhood feel with a few restaurants and shops. Room was a good size with shelves for luggage and other stuff to be placed. The breakfast was more than sufficient with breads, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, meats, eggs, coffee… Luggage storage upon arrival and departure days. Very friendly staff even with OUR poor Spanish language skills…they were very patient with us.

I am so glad I chose this hotel! Super location, simply walk a short way west for Downtown, north for Bella Vista, east for Costanera, and south for Barrio Italia - this hotel is right in the middle of the action. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, I had access to a kitchen, there was a cosy lounge area, and the staff were all amazing. It may not look like much from outside, but this is a great hotel and amazing value.

Located a 5-minute drive from Santiago International Airport, Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport offers free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool in Santiago. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city centre.... The staff was excellent at explaining my options as I tried to book a room for my children to rest after more than 7 hour drive from Argentina to Chile. When I asked if there was late check out, they accommodated and even offered different times for check out. Transport to the airport from the hotel to the airport was a bonus.

I liked the space, the room was beautiful, in general the hotel is very quiet with a great environment, to rest and enjoy your time, very peaceful atmosphere, the was staff pretty nice.
