Vincent was our waiter at dinner and breakfast the next morning. He was great! We do not speak Spanish very well and he expained everthing in English. The breakfast was fabulous! It was beautiful, bountiful and delicious. Our dinner the night before was as well! We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We wanted to stay another night but the hotel was sold out. If we are ever in that area of Chile again we will definantly be staying here!

Hotel Barba Lá mempunyai kolam renang luaran, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Combarbalá. Located just around the corner of the main square, this is a great little hotel. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower and enough space for two. The Wi-Fi worked fine. The staff were really helpful, including providing breakfast at 3.30am! Breakfast was cheese, ham, yoghurt, oat cereal, bread, cake and tea and coffee. It was on a quiet street, or at least it was quiet on a Sunday afternoon/overnight. There is the facility to sit in a small courtyard out back although we didn’t make use of this. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Combarbala.

If you want to hear birds outside your bedroom window, this is the place for you. Parking is good and secure for our motorcycles - a locked compound just across the dead-end road. It is quiet. Bed was super comfy, if a little small. The layout of the various buildings, incorporate a lot of natural plants that attract the birds. The restaurant evening meal was very nice. Food is cooked and presented very well. Staff are very happy and want to make your stay a good one.
