Despite the hour, they were accommodating, attentive, and kind, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special commendation goes to the team at Anouk, who went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected issue at a nearby petrol station. Their willingness to help, their calm guidance, and their genuine care made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to experience such a level of personal attention, and it did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing ambience that perfectly matches the beauty of the surrounding landscape. But what truly makes Stanserhorn stand out is its people. Their hospitality made our trip all the more meaningful. Highly recommended both for the stunning location and the exceptional service.
