The people working here are all very kind and polite and despite being very busy they gave us personalized attention. They took care to ensure our baby is comfortable all the time, and also found us a table at the restaurant next door(which is also great). We liked the buffet breakfast as well, and with Thermes de Spa just a few minutes drive away the location was very convenient. We can’t thank them enough for the hospitality!

Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!

The room was neat and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were lovely. We would stay here again.
