A good selection of breads, hams and cheese, excellent coffee and those rich coloured fried eggs were definitely not the work of "unhappy" hens. All in all, a happy house where one would love to have had more time to stay and relax. If we had known how good it was, we would definitely have spent more time there.

First of all, parking in Graz is a bit of a nightmare but because we stayed during Easter, we lucked out and could park our car just in the street. If you're traveling by car, plan ahead, since there is no parking attached to the hotel. The staff was very lovely, and recommended several places for dinner. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, although the bed is a bit narrower than what you might be used to. Breakfast offers a variety of vegan and veggie options as well as bio/organic ham. The offerings are a little limited but still more than enough to satisfy one's appetite.

We booked two rooms and we had a door between them so it was like an apartment. The breakfast is perfect. The romanian lady at reception was very kind and helpful. The parking is secured. Very quit even if the train rail is in front of the hotel.

The Schloßbergbahn Funicular is a 5-minute walk away. Everything was perfect. We (as a couple, 20 years old each) enjoyed it as it had a perfect bed with a nice toilet room and a large wardrobe. Moreover, it was clean and the windows had a view besides the fact that it wasn't mentioned in the description of the facilities. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices of bread, cereals and yogurt' s toppings. The location was 5 to 10 minutes apart from the old city center and of course the staff was very kind and helpful!! It's not a luxury hotel, but for my age and my demandings it is more than perfect. It is extremely value for money.
