The staff were simply amazing! They were so incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the rooms was superb. We travel a lot and this was beyond compare. Excellent breakfast. Great security. Access to Montecasino and surrounding suburbs and motorways was superb. Charlotte Rhys bathroom products and Wedgewood cookies massively appreciated.

The room was very nice. They have generators during load shedding, which was such a bonus. Staff were very efficient and polite.
