Very close to downtown. The owners are very kind. We couldn’t have breakfast one day and they prepared a meal pack to take away. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Khiva. Best Quality-price ratio. We were a group of people and we could select the size of rooms for the same price.

Staff is incredibly nice in this new hotel. They are genuinely interested and their level of English is excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast service was on point with plenty of fresh fruits, eggs and pancakes as well as local pastries. The Westgate of the Old Town is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel…not a 15 min walk as Google maps suggests. Unlike Buchara, it is really okay to not be within the walls of the Old Town.

The staff was very friendly. And the facilities and cleanliness of the property are both top-notch in the area. In particular, the prices at the restaurant next to the hotel are cheaper than those nearby. And like hotels in Thailand and Southeast Asia, a bidet with a hose is installed. Very clean.
