The staff is wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. Always goes out of the way to help. Venus was lovely in checking me in, had the room already set and went upstairs in no time. Malika was remarkable in accommodating a late check out and went out of her way to support. Heba always provided guidance during breakfast and generally, very thankful to her. The room service team was very pleasant and professional as well. The facility is spotless, I loved the high hygiene levels and that the facility is new and well maintained by very attentive staff. The lobby coffee corner is always well stocked. The neighbourhood is very safe. Rooms are modern, and extremely clean, very cozy, and is good in size; considering this is NYC. Bathrooms are spotless. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you need a good stay in Brooklyn or NYC in general. I will most definitely be back.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. There are 2 subways stations nearby which made our travels around Brooklyn and New York very easy. We felt safe at any time, even when one of us was alone. There is a small convenience store near by which sooo practical for the late night dinner. The staff at the hotel was very sweet and helpful. They were always available to us for any questions we had. The breakfast was awesome. We ate very well. The Chef was sweet and made sure that the trays of food were always full. We had housekeeping available to us any time we wanted. We were allowed to use the breakfast room to eat takeout together at night which was great for our need of a quieter evening. The rooms were great: the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms gigantic and practical. It was helpful to have a fridge and a safe in each room. Overall, this is a great hotel and our place of choice for our future trips to New York!

Our room was spotless and comfortable, and it was nice to stay in a place so quiet in NYC. When we fell ill, the staff went over and above to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Superb place run by a team that cares. Would 100% stay there again!

Spotless clean everywhere. Super friendly staff. Safe neighbourhood, 5 min walk to Bedford Ave subway, 3 stops to 14st Union Square Manhattan. 10 min walk to East River ferry and promenade. Lot of restaurants around. We decided for bunk beds which gave us more space in the room. Not a big issue that the toilet is near the shower. Try Just Salad, clean and tasty around the corner on Driggs Ave.

    This hotel shows as 2 star in sone websites, definitely a 3 star in my opinion. Clean, comfortable, spacious lobby, good facilities. No on-site parking, but I found space in the next street to park, and the car was ok for 3 days. Good size room, breakfast not very exciting..but ok. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to subway. Will use next time.

    Very good price for the quality and location. By no means a fancy hotel, but spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean, and well located. Very safe neighborhood, super walkable, not too far to get to the subway and then anywhere you need. Small fitness center was also great to have.

    The location, 2minutes from the L-line Morgan Ave metro station, is very good choice to reach Manhattan in 30-40minutes. Good price, decent space in the room and clean enough to be in NYC (but you will have to ask at the reception to clean the room every morning). Staff extremely kind, polite and helpful. The hotel is a new structure and the furnishings of the room and bathroom could be improved, although there were all the basic necessities (except hand soap).
