My experience was beyond words. From the minute we checked in till we departed, everything was beyond expectations. Mr Wahbi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Ms Mashael from the operator is very efficient. The service provided is very prompt when I requested for room service it were delivered promptly. Shuttle service is great and efficient too. Alhamdullilah all is perfect! We will certainly return and choose le Meridien Towers Makkah for our next trip to Makkah for Umrah insha'Allah. MasyaAllah tabarakallah

Ibrahim at the reception and all the rest of the staff were really helpful. Everything was as expected. If you are able to walk, its only about 20 mints to the Haram either way ( SAPTCO bus station side or Umm Al Qura Rd. / Jabal Omar side ) . Taxis charge about SAR 15 to 20 due to many road blocks and longer routes. Hotel shuttle buss stops at SAPTCO station, so better to avoid it ( as its only 5 mints walk ).

The location is literally 5-8 minutes from king Fahid gate in alharam. The staff was friendly and helpful , they kept our luggage safe till the check-in. The room services were checked daily although we were not available most of the day. The hotel is new and all the facilities are maintained well. The hotel is in the heart of the market, where the prices are cheap! Many malls are also near which have food courts, cafes and brands clothes.

The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. My family and I went for Umrah and it was so relaxing to come back to the hotel after a long day. The location is also quite close to Haram and everything was excellent about the hotel including staff, comfort, location and value.

It's great for families. Very clean and very good customer service. They have kids swimming pool and my kids loved it. You need to take taxi ( 25 to 30 SAR fare) to go to Masjid al Haram. Its hardly 5 min drive and it drops you closer to haram gate and then its 2 min walk. Hotel is very nice. Breakfast is exceptional. Would go again to this hotel.

It was excellent experience to stay in Le Meridien Mekkah Hotel for Umrah Purpose. Hotel gave early checked-in @8am and kept luggage in the hotel (though hotel booking time was @4pm) and I went Masjid Harram for Umrah then came back at hotel @4pm. The Free breakfast was also excellent. Staff & all other services were excellent. 10/10. 5 Stars

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Saja Makkah Hotel. We had a wonderful suite with comfortable beds and two large bathrooms, which was very convenient. The suite also included a kitchen, adding to our comfort. We initially stayed at the hotel for four days before traveling to Medina, and then we returned for the rest of our trip. Dr. Mohammad at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. A special highlight was that the hotel safely stored our luggage while we were in Medina, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also excellent – very close to the Haram. Buses departed right in front of the hotel every five minutes, and it was just one stop to the Haram, making transportation very convenient. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mohammad and the entire team for their support, especially on our last day when they helped us find a taxi to the airport despite the challenges of Ramadan, when availability was very limited. Given the excellent value for money, I would definitely book here again for my next stay in Makkah.
