Everything! especially the gardens it was like a paradise, full of the most colourful flowers I have seen and birdsong, lovely clean room with outside balcony looking straight into the garden, food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the owner Kumar who went out and got me a bottle shower gel free of charge and took me to the Safari pick up and my next hotel free of charge, an exceptional place run by an exceptional man.

Raj and his family were so hospitable, went out of their way to help and make sure we had a good time. Lovely people. The pool was perfect for the heat and the location just outside of town was so peaceful. Loved going around on the (free) bikes

Lovely stay in a calm and lush oasis in Chitwan with perfect location! The staff was very service minded and went above and beyond to make the most of our stay in Chitwan. Some things that made our stay special was the pickup at the bus station, the welcome drink, free fresh papaya straight from the garden and the drop off at the bus station. The son of the owner even drove us to a place in the village after a rhino had been spotted there just so we could see it and the other night he came running to our room to make sure we did not miss the rhino passing by right outside in the street. We went on a great full day guided jungle walk with canoe and crocodile breeding center visit with Mr Gopal and Mr Som. It was quite expensive, but it was well worth the unique experience! We saw four Rhinos and several other animals on a day where some people who went by Jeep saw zero! Their 30+ years of experience really pays off!

l received a warm welcome right away on our arrival. The people working here are lovely and do literally anything to make your stay the best. They offer delicious food in there restaurant. I loved to sit outside in the garden and drink coffee or breakfast. You should definitely try the farmers breakfast, it is super delicious! Also the rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable and they even provide a mosquito net. WiFi access is strong throughout the whole property. I liked this place so much that I extended for a few more days. For sure an exceptional accommodation I can recommend to anyone visiting Chitwan National Park.

Great spot with an amazing view of the river and park. Amazing service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location can't be beat as it's only a couple minute walk to the main part of the town.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with small front porches make for a cozy stay and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the manager genuinely helpful in all affairs! I very much enjoyed my stay and will happily return upon my next visit in to Chitwan!
