This place was beyond my expectations ! The room was very clean and the facilities were new and well maintained. The bed was very confortable. I also appreciated the location which was close to the main attractions of George Town, you can reach the street art figures on a walking distance. The room have also a view on the sea and jetties, but not noisy at all. There is also too many cute cafes around the corner !

Everything - it was perfect Gym - small but there are two gyms. the moment we entered the hotel lobby, the entire place smells like ikea, which reminds me that this place is new. from the staff at the reception to the room, everything was excellent. they have everything u need. feels more like a 5 star hotel to me. the only downside is the location is far from the tourist attractions and its hard to find grab around this area. grab drivers will cancel on u multiple times if u want to go over to the other side of penang.
