I would like to say thank you to all of your staff! We were very happy and enjoyed our stay a lot! All of your staff are nice and friendly, I love to see their smile 😊 which made us happy for whole day!! They also prepared a high chair for my 7months old baby,which surprised me the most . A single room with everything you need. There is an ice maker and a microwave near the elevator. From JR Otsu Station to the hotel, I can find the FOODS MARKET where I can grab breakfast before heading out for sightseeing and dinner when I return to the hotel.
