Excellent small room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the yukatas! Hotel is close to the station and convenience stores. Staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Would come back again.

We stayed here for one night visiting cherry blossom festival near Takada Castle. The hotel is 2 min by foot from the railway station, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and breakfast tasty. We got a room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There is a public onsen just at the corner, so you can relax there in the evening after a long walk as we did.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They go out of theiir way to help you. Davis and Jeremy were excellent hosts. The transfers were great. The dinners werr good home cooking. Onsen was good. Very clean hotel

This hotel was perfect! Absolutely fantastic local Japanese breakfast and dinner served beautifully. The location is great a short walk to the lift station. Lifts passes can be purchased on site along with rentals etc meaning you can be on the slopes immediately. The hotel has a lovely Onsen too! We will be back ! Thank you for amazing service to the wonderful family and staff.
