Everything was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, there was attention to detail in regards to everything. The restaurant is the show stopper. Food is amazing and the building itself is stunning. Staff are very welcoming, you definitely get the sense that you’re in a luxury chalet being in the heart of the Zenga Oasis

The service was really excellent. The house is gorgeous. Our family room was made of two separate rooms. The breakfast buffet was fantastic (one of the nicest I have ever seen).

it was flexible, it was raining I just hiked over 18kms and arrived at 1115. I expected to waited closer to check in time if 1400hrs. no problem check me straight in.
