Sunhill Portico is a hotel with exceptional precision down to the smallest detail. The friendly staff ensures that everything works optimally at any time. The breakfast is lovely. When I left some items at the hotel after departure, the staff tried to do everything they could to contact me. I didn't see it until later but when I contacted the hotel they sent me what I had forgotten in the mail. I am very grateful and would recommend this hotel either as a base for exploring northern West Bengal and Siliguri or as preparation for a journey further up the Chicken's neck.

Big thank you to receptionists who were very helpful with everything we needed. The chefs at Loft are absolutely amazing, we had fabulous meals every morning. And servers Birendra, Gotham and Srijana took care of every little wish. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back soon.
