Everything was excellent. I would like to say thank you from here, the stuff was amazing. Ivan from the reception was very kind, nice and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful the the room was very comfortable. The foods very delicious and we found all kind of meet what we liked to eat. The beach place was also perfect. So I have no bad things, thank you for all the peoples who work there, because this vacation was very good for us!

Cozy and fully equipped house close to the beach and to the shop. Great terrace on the highest floor. On the lower terrace you can make grill. Very peaceful and quiet area. In front of the house there is a shaded parking space. It is narrow but throughout the stay there were no small problems with it. There is also a larger parking lot near the house. Convenient key collection in the locker. Super nice and helpful host.

The host came to the prop[erty, handed us the keys and directed us to a dinner place in Vrsar. He gave us a bigger room as it was available and did not want to charge any extras. Stunning property in a nice location, outside Porec. I highly recommend it and will come back again, for sure.

Wonderful stay at Villa Borik We had a lovely time at Villa Borik in Rovinj. The location is great, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were two people staying in a small, romantic apartment – perfect for us. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on our charming little balcony. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

    The location was good, the nearest beach was 15 minutes away by walk. That beach was really good, but this wasn’t on the picture in the recommendation… The stuff was nice! The location and the town is really good!! There’s two good restaurants in the nearest! Porec isn’t so far, only 10 minutes by car.
