What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back. The place looks like a good hotel from the outside but when you enter the rooms they are far above what youd expect from such a priced hotel. The rooms were fantastic .

The King Charles Hotel is located in the heart of Medway, just a 10-minute walk from Gillingham town centre and Rail Station. Free parking is also provided.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed an early check-in and stored my luggage after I checked out for a part of the day. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed and linen were comfy. And the wifi was super fast. The guesthouse is perfectly located, a few minutes walk to the train station, buses, and shops. Thank you, I had a lovely stay.

Nice, cosy rooms. Food in the restaurant was excellent - had dinner there seven nights in a row. They have a good breakfast menu with a wide variety of foods. Special requests are no problem. The location is awesome - directly at the marina.
