The staff was very friendly, the room is big and very charming, the beds are wide. There is a pub below the hotel which is great.we had to do a late check in and it wasn’t a problem.

When we arrived we were told that our room was being upgraded as the family room we booked was unavailable. We ended up in yhe QE2 suite. amazing suite with two bedroom and extra large sitting room and dining room. hugh balcony over looking the water.

    The staff were so friendly and accommodating, food was amazing and very good price. As we were on the Ferry back home to Jersey the next day, the location was perfect with a decent size car park. Our 3rd time staying here and will always choose this place when coming across from Jersey to Poole.
