It’s a very nice 3 bedroomed cottage with a good layout, a nice size kitchen and very comfortable beds, the living room faces the car park so gets a lovely amount of sun coming through every day and it has private parking with additional private parking for anyone coming with more then one car literally a stones throw away

It's a great little place for folk who want a nice quiet cottage to stay. I would highly recommend there is a local farm that sell a few bits for general groceries it's Roos village or Withernsea.

Enough parking. Clean and also soap at washbasin and in shower. Just happy that I booked there.

What a great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very rich and a quality of food is great. The SPA is a huge bonus. We stayed here for two weeks and definately we'll come back again on our next vacation in Yorkshire.
