Its a lovely quirky hotel set in the heart of the town with easy access to local amenities, restaurants and main roads to nearby towns. The family rooms (203 and 204) were clean, comfortable, and well maintained - a good honest value for money 2 night break. The staff were polite and exceptionally friendly, and we were reminded that if we needed anything at all, just to call in at the reception. Nothing is too much effort, and Alex was a wonderful hostess. The breakfasts are hearty and well worth adding on if you're staying. Stay for lunch, have a drink at the bar, mingle with the locals and take your time to soak up the history of this fine old school hotel! We will be back!

The staff, especially Nigel, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I made it to the wedding I was attending, as well as the airport the following morning, on time. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and accommodations.

We wanted somewhere half way to break our journey up to Scotland that was good value and close to the motorway. This B&B was Excellent value for money. Lovely hosts, large family room with en-suite it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10, Will definitely come back!

The room had been newly refurbished, The restaurant was open on a Sunday evening in February. The buildings were very interesting and the staff all very helpful. Easy to find just off the motorway a great overnight stop.

Adjacent to Starbucks, Days Inn Gretna Green is close to the M74 and M6 motorways, and within easy reach of Carlisle. It has unlimited free Wi-Fi and onsite parking.

We had a wonderful time. The room was lovely, big and clean, vast choice of food for breakfast, kind and welcoming staff. The dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious, they also let us keep our dog with us while dining and having breakfast. Special mention: our dog was spoiled by the staff, cuddled and so very welcome.
