The hotel was neat and clean. Islam the hotel manager was very helpful and spoke English pretty well. The entrance is a bit shabby but the room makes up for it. The verandah had a beautiful view and facilities were good for the pricing. The staff was very accommodating!

Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed every part of it! The staff was super friendly with a very good and friendly communication, they helped us with all our activities during our 4 days in Cairo, they came to picked us up at the airport, provided taxi when needed and they had very nice recommendations. The bedding was super comfortable and the bathroom clean. We also felt in love with the amazing pyramid view on our balcony or while having breakfast in the rooftop of the hotel! If you are planning to spent few days to visit the pyramid, I highly recommend the spire west hotel.
