We were at the hotel for the second time and both times everything was great. The staff was very nice, there was an early check-in option, which was very convenient when traveling with a child. Excellent location (near the station and the city center). Special thanks for the children's area in the restaurant. And it was very nice to receive an Easter chocolate bunny for the child!

The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The location was good for our emergency stay due to DB strike, as it was close to the train station and places were we could have dinner and breakfast nearby.

I was really impressed with our one night stay with our family of five. The room was spotless and had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
