I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The breakfast was a standout, especially the excellent Chinese options which were fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and offered a beautiful view which made it even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!

The apartment is very clean and bright, the bed is comfortable, the towels are clean, all is new, situated just 1min from the subway, room cleaning is also provided. There is a supermarket and a mall with many food courts just near the exit of the block of flats. We are very grateful to Lisa for her advise, help and support during our staying. Staff – friendly and polite. May and Song were very nice and stored my luggage after check-out. Room – shared by 4 people. Clean, with one wardrobe featuring a locker for valuables. Towels, bed linen, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other amenities are provided. Each floor has several showers and toilets, separated for men and women. Wi-Fi – fast and reliable. Everything about this place! We enjoyed our stay so much. Unbeatable view from the living room where you can just sit and enjoy if it's raining or too hot to roam around. The location is in the quiet side yet convenient with Lawson & 7/11 near by as well as a few noodle shop within a 2-3 minutes walk. Close to the attractions like Nanjing road (walking street) and beautiful Bund area.. It's fairly nice and beautiful walk along the way and easily to catch taxi around. Host is very helpful and friendly. They communicate well and standby for any queries we may have. On the arrival day we arrived late and it was raining so it's a bit difficult for us to find the entrance of the building but the host standby and patiently guide us through until she made sure that we got in the accommodation safe and sound. They also handle the registration for us so one thing less to worry about. It's a perfect home away from home as you get pretty much what you need during your stay and whatever require the host will respond promptly. Thank you for having us and we will definitely comming back next time we plan our trip to Shanghai.

Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Went above and beyond. Thank you Lily
