The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again

Great location near to all the main attractions. Very good value for money. Helpful staff. We made this our home away from home and stayed every time we passed through Santiago. The hotel very kindly stored our luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly.
