Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time I stayed at HOTEL L'AVENUE during an unexpected vehicle breakdown while travelling through the area, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. Not only was the hotel comfortable and welcoming, but the team also helped me find a local car rental company when I had no transport. Their assistance was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference during my stay. The service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. So unique- an incredible collection of amazing pieces of artwork in the bedroom and all over. The host was super friendly and the breakfast she gave us was wonderful- for example a really unusual and totally delicious collection of homemade conserves.

A very warm welcome and a change of room was much welcome. We were soaked through with rain after our long motorcycle journey. The bath was just what we needed. Thank you very much. Secure parking for the bike was good too. And the restaurant next door has great food, they even done my steak well Bein Cui.
