The service was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive. We had forgotten to make transport arrangements from airport to the hotel and we tried many website and transportation company but they didn't have availability. I texted the hotel about 5 hrs before arrival and they were able to arrange transport for us. We were very happy.

From the moment she greeted us with welcome drinks she was the consummate host. She arranged an incredible and romantic private dinner by the pool one evening, had great suggestions and went above and beyond to help us find reservations for Kruger when we were leaving. And her breakfasts were fantastic! Incredible food and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Shayna, Emma and Angela were great hosts and guides, the staff was awesome and the Chef is GREAT! Safe and delicious place for vegans! The game drives were very nice and fun, the girls know their bush! We got to see the big five in only 2 days. The cabin was nice and cozy, even though it gets pretty hot during the day (at night it becomes bearable with the fan on). Good hot shower! The elephants in the pool are breathtaking and the highlight of this amazing place.
