The breakfast was great, although not the best we had in hotels. They give you free bikes to cycle around the city and help you with information and booking on all activities possible. The staff was really the nicest people we met in hotels. They even gave us delicious cookies as a parting gift.

Best breakfast we had so far in vietnam. Overall a very good experience.

I’d rate 100/10 for the staff if I could, definitely the best hotel staff I’ve met, they were super helpful and friendly. Katy was my favorite, she was professional and smiley and we felt really comfortable talking to her during our stay. The cleaning staff was amazing as well.
