The service was so good - there is one person who speaks good English and takes care of all your needs and questions. It's unbelievable, I don't know how he does it - he always showed up exactly when and where we needed him. The place itself is beautiful, instantly gets you into a calm mood.

Washing done for us. Amazing full body massage offered too at the Ecolodge. We ate at the Ecolodge's restaurant for 3 dinners, it was so delicious!

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and car hire is available at Trang An Lamia Bungalow. Property was in a nice, quiet and peace full area. Away from a lot of noise and has great limestone mountain views to wake up to in the mornings. The staff are really friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one to remember.

The best service in the whole of our 4 week Vietnam trip. We wanted to stay longer but understandably they were fully booked. The place is scenic and everything is in decent biking distance. The city is 5 min walk away.I would give 10 * if I could.

We arrived early and I was feeling sick, they served us breakfast and gave us a room to rest while ours was getting ready. It is very close to the village, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredible.
