Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

All of the staff were excellent. They could not have been any more helpful. The view from our room on the Executive floor over the little park behind the hotel and our over the city to the mountains was lovely.

Hotel was in a good area, very accessible to get too. It's a bit of a walk to the MRT, but buses are readily available and walking is easy. Fitness centre is decent (could use less machines) and pool is good when warm.
