The staff is very educated and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you happy. Hotel is also very well-designed and chic, and is completely focused on providing you the best winter holiday experience. I most definitely recommend this place for couples, families and anyone who wants to have a comfortable, problem-free ski vacation with great amenities.
