The friendly and helpful staff made everything easy, especially their assistance with parking that allowed quick access to the room. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with highlights like fresh bread, milk, and watermelon. The 24-hour coffee bar and convenient parking were additional great perks.

Overall nothing to complain about especially considering the price. Great value for money. 5. Sector 4 of Kleopatra Beach is 10 minutes walking, it’s a great beach sector but you have to pay for sunbeds. The beach sector of the hotel is further, in this sector the sunbeds are free of charge. They have a shuttle bus that runs in dedicated schedule, it’s very convenient and it takes 4 minutes from beach to the hotel. 6. Common areas as well as rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

Aqua park offers a complimentary access to adrenaline-pumping rides and relaxed explorations including 55 water slides. The food and sweets selection is exceptional, cleanliness as well. We had our time at theme park as well as hotel guests.

It offers air-conditioned guestrooms with balconies and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Having a wonderful holiday with my wife and 21 year old daughter. Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. The wellness centre includes sauna, Turkish bath and a range of massages. , It was absolutely flawless - only wish Id booked to stay there for our whole trip. It was our honeymoon and they really did so much to make the stay extra special. Every member of staff was fantastic. The room was pristine and beautiful - views were stunning. Good food options - pools were clean and well staffed. Will stay again many times.
